Equinox Software Announces Building Purchase and Move

November 30 , 2011

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Norcross, GA —November 30, 2011

Equinox Software is excited to announce that the company has purchased a new office building and will be relocating to 3850 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Duluth, GA. Moving day is currently set for Saturday, December 3rd with all operations expected to be up and running on Monday, December 5th.

No disruption to Equinox's support services will occur during the move. Customers will be able to contact Equinox's support team, as normal, via phone, email, and our support portal.

Brad LaJeunesse, Equinox President, says, "In this time of uncertainty, libraries and their communities are looking for ways to spend less while retaining the same quality of services. Many are seeing the advantages of open source solutions, and as a result, our growth has been tremendous. Equinox remains employee-owned, with no venture capital or outside investors. The purchase of an office building is a huge step for us and is a testament to Equinox's financial stability, as well as the viability of open source solutions. We're all looking forward to moving into our new digs."

During the past four years at their current Norcross location, Equinox has tripled in size and twice expanded their office space, taking over both of the adjoining suites. The new office will have almost double the square footage of the current office, as well as a full shipping dock and warehouse area for the storage of trade show equipment. There is also ample, comfortable space for meetings and training.
